Please recommend an exercise dvd please

Hi,

I am trying to lose weight and get fit as you may have noticed from previous threads.

I go swimming twice a week, cycle for 30 mins 4 times a week and try and use the Wii fit for at least 20 mins a day.

I have just got a fit ball and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good DVD?

Or can anyone recommend any other DVD that can fit in to my busy lifestyle.

The Nell McAndrew DVDs are good IMO. They have easy to follow, simple routines but are quite hardcore.

Iam a big fan of the lastest Davina DVD, Superbody, great mix of aerobics and weights and lots of toning for all parts of the body

I've heard the Davina ones are good. I'll take a look

But Nell runs marathons AND breastfeeds her toddler and the DVDs have a hilarious sargeant major guy shouting instructions, and the music is like going to a hardcore rave.... I bloody love Nell.

Davina is airbrushed to death on the cover of her DVDs. Sure they're fab too though- she just irritates me.

At the same time?

I have the Rosemary Conely one with Coleen Nolan and it is really good.

Not at the same time no though that would be impressive.

But how airbrushed is Coleen? I don't know why but airbrushing on DVDs just really puts me off... it's all a bit commercial and fake. It's just celebs trying to make a bit of extra cash.

But everyone on the front of exercise dvds are airbrushed.
