Bloody hell...lucozade is LOADED with cals!

And i completely didn't know !! 299 per 380ml !!

When you think about it it's obvious but i really didn't think ...arse...and i was doing so well today despite having a hangover !!

umm what did you think was in it? it's an energy drink...so has lots of calories in it..

I didn't think about it in terms of cals rather in terms of energising me a wee bit!

Its one of those things i didn't think about so have completely ruined my v low cal day

oh well, there's always tomorrow (dieters mantra or what?!)
