Weight Watchers Meetings

Is anyone going at the moment? I used to go - about 3 years ago.

Are the meetings the same format? Do they still do points?

I have been going to weight watchers for 3 weeks now. I did go before bout 2 years ago...
Yep its still the same points system... although its also called the discover plan as they now try to encourage you to eat more filling foods.

Brilliant diet though the only one thats ever worked for me!!!
I've lost 5lb and counting!!!!

just started laqst week first weigh in weds

I've been going for four weeks on tuesday. The meetings are hilarious, like the WI or something. The church hall adds to the atmosphere. There will be tea and coffee this week!

The best bit about WW is that your not alone and it doesn't feel like a chore. I actually look forward every week to weighing in!!
