Just wondered if you had any experience/opinions on best exercise for weight loss.
I thought it would be running, have thrown myself into it and can now run 13miles at weekends and 5miles x 2 in week. I am loads fitter and more toned BUT not lost a single pound!
I'm 3 stone overweight, got a high BMI and my waist is way more than 30".
My friends keep saying 'don't worry, cos you look better etc'...but fact is I am still obese on the weight charts and that's not good for me.
Someone has suggested weight training (but heavy weights, rather than 20reps with light weights) Anyone done this with success?
(i am watching my diet too but all that running makes me starving!)
