I'm 36 and had baby in aug, i was so pleased after he was born as i lost my weight straight away, i bf, and the problem is that i crave sweet things whenever i feed, i won't deny that i did over do the cakes a bit but now my weight has piled on and i just can't shift it,none of my clothes do up on me and my tum just hangs over everything, i work and when i get home am so tired by the time i have cooked and seen to baby, i also have two teenage DS's nrly 616 and 18 so they keep me busy too, has anyone got any 'easy' tips on losing this weight and getting atleast a bit of a figure back
