SW when Pregnant - good idea?

Hi all - have been going to sw for 3 weeks and just had BFP. Is it OK to carry on? They say yes but my concern is protein. I don't get on with the new extra easy plan and I love my green days. I'd be grateful for stories/advice/anything

Hello! I am 34 weeks and have been doing SW for the last few weeks and love it. Really wish I had known about it earlier and started where you are!

Not sure how it works on red/green but I do extra easy and I get an extra healthy extra A (dairy) portion per day. I plan to carry on with SW while breastfeeding and I eat a lot healthier now than I was before.

Obviously use your common sense, make sure you always eat when you are hungry and get a good balance. Can't help you on the protein thing though, other than suggest you just find something you like that is high in protein.
