Does anyone know roughly how much a personal trainer and/or a nutritionalist is?

Just wanted to agree with the above post - I've found ready steady mums fantastic. It is online, so doesn't matter where you are to do it. I've found it a really good way of starting to get back in shape. There is a really good trailer on the website, so take a look at that.

Can I hijack??

Markpt & exercise1girl - I'm looking to retrain as a PT but have the added complication of being overseas. In your opinion, what would be the best distance learning option, as I'd travel back to the UK for the practical elements. My favoured option so far is the European Institute of Fitness. I'd really appreciate your insights and tips for getting started, if you could spare me a minute Smile.

OP - I pay approx 40 pounds per session for an amazing trainer and that's mate's rates.

Hello everyone. I've just got to the Easy Abs bit with Ready Steady Mums. I didn't know about what muscles I need to use (and not use) to get my tummy flat!!! It was definitely worth joining just so I know I'm doing stuff right. It makes me actually do it too cos it fits with my life. Has anyone here finished their Ready Steady Mums program yet?

Is there nothing more recent than 2009 on this topic?
