As so many others i've read about, i completely overindulged when i was pregnant, putting on four and a half stone! I was convinced it would come off when i breastfed, but then my jugs gave up on me! I lost two and a half stone within the weeks after the birth, but now ten months on, the rest of it isnt shifting! Since i've so little time to exercise, i've resorted to taking Adios, and eating quite healthily, with the odd takeaway! So am i gonna become thin or am i just wasting my money!?

I don't know anything about Adios, but I am on Reductil, which my GP prescribes. It has (so far) been quite good. I have lost almost 1 1/2 stone from start of Nov 08 (still 3 stone to go though!).

Good luck.
