Has anyone read this book and done it? Does it work or is it another faddy thing?

not heard of that one...would be interesting to find out more...

I do have the abs diet book, but, well, for me that diet part of it didn't work...!

For me bely fat is a problem, and always has been, even when I was skinny I had a chubby belly ...but I am somehow dubious that you can really address 1 certain part of your body, iykwim...

but will be following this thread with interest!
