Is it possible to do Weight Watchers when you can't eat dairy?

I did Weight Watchers over a year ago on their newish plan. It was the one where you could eat off allowable food lists and had a small number of points to use each week on foods not on those lists.

From what I can remember, you had to drink a pint of skimmed milk a day and i think the only deserts allowed other than fruit were the WW fat free fromage frais and yoghurts. I also seem to remember having a lot of lwo fat philideplphia cheese on ryvita and also on baked potatoes.

So, now I have had to go dairy free as breastfeeding ds3 who can't tolerate it in my diet. I need to start a diet. I liked the WW one. But can I do it dairy free? How will I manage to not feel deprived?
