Only started today so still taking it all in, can anyone tell me how many points weetabix are cos they are not in my book....
also is it the same for wholemeal pitta as it is for normal ones?

Weetabix are 2 points for 2, and wholemeal pitta is 2 points (2.5 for white)

The "Shopping" book that they sell at meetings is fab - I think it is £5 and worth every penny. You can sometimes get them on ebay but make sure it's the latest book and not one from the 70's!!

gonna see if i get on with ww 1st then maybe purchase it, really cocked up yesterday couldnt get my head round it....
doing better today though had..
3x weetabix skimmed milk 1tsp of sugar....
soup then chicken brst and fresh veg with gravy
then a low fat yoghurt....

so far so good..xx

Yes, slidey calculator thing is a must - I did ww four years ago, and still carry mine in my handbag.

Weetabixs are 1 each (don't forget to add the milk - because I did at first.

Mini pittas are 1 - I thought all large pittas were 2.5 - I've being doing myself out of 1/2 point otherwise - better that way I suppose.
