I have been on a juice diet for the last two weeks, 7 days of just juice and 7 days of juice and salad + meat/fish.
Anyway the for the first week I lost about 10lbs - hurrah. But since then I have put on 1.5 lbs. Hrumph. I haven't eaten much, no snacks, big meals - just one small meal a day and fruit/veg juice.
So why oh why oh why? It's sooo depressing.
