Its okay - novelty soon wears off . Better than no exercise at all but not life changing just a bit of fun

I been telling myself that for the past 10 years, get out and exercise more but I just can?t do it, I am just too lazy!

I am not over weight but I do have a lot of fat around my waist and hip, I just want to look and feel fitter so I bought myself a wii fit back in June.
The exercise on wii fit are really low impact and I actually find myself enjoy doing the exercise. At the same time I started counting my calories and gradually I started to lose about 1 to 2 lbs a week and by week 8 I have lost 14 lbs. I went down from a size 14 to a size 8-10 and I manage to maintain my weight even though I have stopped using the wii fit now. For me the the wii fit was the best thing I ever bought for myself.
