Sorry, I know this will be on other threads but the WW threads are soooooooooo long. Tell me all about this WW Switch that I've seen advertised. I'd like to give it a go to maintain my 5 stone weight loss.

Basically there are now 2 plans you can switch between. One is the traditional points counting and the other has a big list of foods you can eat from freely for 3 meals a day - the idea is to eat until comfortably full and not stuff yourself! You also get 21 points a week for treats and extras.

Hi
Freefoods are basically any fruit or veg.
Most meats: chicken; pork; ham; beef
herbs and spices
pasta, rice and potatoes

The main food you miss is bread although you can count that into your 21 points for the week if you're desperate

Oooh, Woodpops, we have the same birthday. I'll be having chocolate cake for my birthday, and probably 1 or 2 (or 10) drinks too.

woodpops · 22/02/2005 11:38

Happy birthday for Sunday Bran. I doubt I'll get a cake but a load of us are off to a Japanese restaurant Sat night.

Can I ask how old you'll be Bran???

OP posts:
bran · 22/02/2005 12:10

I'll be 38, I'm not too happy about it, but at least it's not a zero birthday, I have terrible trouble with them. I hope you have a great time at the Japanese restaurant.

woodpops · 22/02/2005 13:58

I'll be 28. I had a huge problem when I turned 20 wanted to stay 19 forever that way I could blame everything on my teenage years

Do you know Dior.

woudn't you think more people that don't want to go to a class would do that? Join for a week, get all the info and not go again!!

I couldnt belive that somebody once bought my SW joining pack off me for about £18!!! It would have been so much cheaper to have gone for one session and get it then!!!!!!
