I'll start this but I'm not sure there are many of us left, so I may defect to a Long Term Slimmer thread or maybe a Mamas one, who knows? I haven't weighed myself so no idea what I've lost or not but I am finding posting what I've eaten useful so today:

1 piece toast, olive spread, marmite
1 apple
1 pack sesame snaps
1 box raisins
200 cal dairy free chocolate
1 marmite sandwich
small glass of apple juice
1 poussin in chinese marinade
bit of ds's left over pizza oops
Oh dear, that's not nearly enough fruit and veg is it, I must do better tomorrow, I feel like cack.

muesli

prawns, tomatoes, miso soup

then...oh dear...

many spoons of pasta with peas and sweetcorn (kids leftovers)

1 x lamb chop with pile of greek salad (I think too much olive oil)

and then.......help...........

HUGE spoon of UNCOOKED cake mix
Fairy cake (which means the cake stall at the PTA will have 11 Enid cakes not 12)
two spoons of icing
A sugar flower

I feel sick.

miggy · 10/02/2005 21:12

started off well-no breakfast
lunch-2 sesame ryvita (suprisingly nice) spread with humous
started to go downhill with piece of flapjack
Majorly downhill with pizza for tea-homemade with roasted veg/anchovies/olives/mozzarrela plus green salad.
fresh pineapple and mango
and horror of horrors-glass of wine
bad bad bad
will write 100 times I will do better tomorrow.

www what are "sesame snaps"?

WideWebWitch · 10/02/2005 21:20

Miggy, these are sesame snaps . Bad in that they're 50% sugar, good in that they're 50% sesame seeds, 165 cal for one of those packs and satisfy my craving for something sweet.

WideWebWitch · 10/02/2005 21:21

And I'm trying not to eat dairy so the dairy free part is good too.

enjoy your evening www - you deserve a night off

turquoise · 11/02/2005 18:31

Good I'm glad this is all active again, I have been terrible, completely gave up and had to buy a larger pair of jeans this morning but if that doesn't motivate me nothing will.
Today:
Porridge (does Reddy brek count?)
Two pittas with lemon houmous and tuna
1 yogurt.
Have't decided what I'll have for tea but will try and be good.
Have a bottle of white to finish over the weekend then back on the wagon.
Enjoy your night of wine and pleasure you deserve it.

turquoise · 11/02/2005 18:32

That was to WWW by the way, though I'm sure we all deserve a bit of debauchery.

No breakfast
lunch-one wholemeal pitta with humous/lettuce/tomato plus a banana
Tea-tuna steak, jacket potato, baby sweetcorn, asparagus plus low fat strawberry yoghurt.
2 glasses white wine and 10 cashews
may go to pot tomorrow as valentines ball-alcohol intake will def increase.

WideWebWitch · 14/02/2005 10:59

I had a terrible diet wise but otherwise very enjoyable weekend!

Friday
1 piece toast
half an avocado
Gorgeous pizza with pepperoni, anchovies etc
Gorgeous garlic pizza bread
Cheesecake
Champagne
White wine

Saturday
I can't remember what I ate during the day (but that's not a good sign is it?!) but pizza for supper again, and garlic bread AND red wine AND port. Oops.

Sunday
2 pieces toast
left over garlic pizza bread
supper was roasted veg with garlic & olive oil
AND tomato, goats cheese and basil salad
AND homemade potato wedges with bbq sauce
AND smoked salmon
But no booze. Oh dear, I well and truly ate too much this weekend but am back to being good again today. So far just a piece of toast.

OP posts:
WideWebWitch · 14/02/2005 20:14

Today:

1 piece toast, olive spread, marmite
half an avocado, 100g smoked salmon
1 pack sesame snaps
1 marmite rice cake
1 sesame rice cake
handful of blueberries
large handful of grapes
1 apple
5 fishfingers
bowl of peas
and no booze for 2nd day in a row. I may eat some dairy free chocolate in a minute too, I don't think I'm up to 1500 cals there.

Oi! Is it just me here? Shall I go to mamas or long term slimmers?

OP posts:
WideWebWitch · 14/02/2005 20:15
