It's not working - Only 5 weeks to the wedding, and I am putting weight ON

I have really really tried to cut down, and I am eating alot less bread than I was, plus alot less snacks, but the weight isn't shifting, infact it is increasing.

As I am today, I will not fit into my bridesmaid dress. My friend said I can have it taken out if I like, but I want to fit into it as it is.

I so wanted to look nice for this.

Does anyone know if weight watchers will let me join if I have less than a stone to lose ????

I think you can join WW with less than a stone to lose. I do know people who've had good success with cambridge diet/lighter life (they are very very similar) too.

Have just found a local WW class on a Wednesday morning, so might try there first.

I only need to lose about 1/2-1 stone, but it just isn't happening.
