Lowest calorie intake?

When you have been on weight lose injections or tablets. Has your lowest calorie intake been?

1000 a day but only the first three days between jabs.

Really depends on your tdee and it varies depending on height and weight. Why are you asking this? It won't help you as we are all different. Use www.tdeecalculator.net to work out your deficit for losses.

I was just wondering and reflecting a bit. I have found it difficult to eat st times. I just wounded in general if pthers have had s lower calorie than recommended. Because injections or tablets are making you feel like you don't want to eat .

Lots of people will have because many want to lose weight fast. It’s not recommended because your body will break down muscle /proteins endangering your heart (cardiac muscle) joints (less support from muscle and ligaments) and obviously lowering your calorie needs even further (muscle uses more energy than fat).
