I randomly checked my Blood pressure reading this evening 131/86. Google says stage 1 hypertension is this something to be concerned about?

Don't take just the first reading. Take the best of three. Many people tense up when taking their blood pressure. Mine is always high on the first attempt but comes down quickly.
But if you're worried call your GP.

Was it just one reading?

Ask your gp op.

Not necessarily as a one off reading. You could take a set of regular readings for a week, morning and evening and see what they are like. Presuming that you have a BP monitor at home.

When I want to check my blood pressure I do twice a day for 7 days,

One in morning before food, drink, medications. One before dinner.

Avoid caffeine, smoking, exercise, or alcohol for at least 30 minutes before measuring, longer if possible, sit and relax for 5 mins before taking the reading, make sure you are sitting properly. My monitor has TruRead where it takes 3 reading with 30sec gap between and calculates an average of the readings.

Once you have a week of readings contact gp if necessary.

Losing weight can help some people lower blood pressure , I was on high blood pressure meds for 8 years (it was my optician who first noticed I had it) until I lost weight, thankfully off them now. I now measure because mine is too low 🤦🏻‍♀️
