Fed up of being overweight tired and greedy but can never stick to anything or even know where to start ! Any ideas or tips to start ? I’m miserable and probably about at least 2 stone over weight making me in the obese category. I didn’t realise I’d gotten so big but I’ve recently seen two photos where I think ouch I’m huge !
I have a severe phobia of being sick so usually sick to foods I know and barely eat healthy which I know sounds completely bonkers !

You could start by sticking with the foods that you know you will eat, and just begin with tracking your calorie totals each day. You can use various apps to do that, like MyFitnessPal or NutraCheck. Then you can work out how many calories you actually need each day, based on your height, current weight and activity levels. That's called your TDEE and you can work it out via online calculators eg https://tdeecalculator.net/

Then you'll know how much over your TDEE you're currently eating and what you need to get down to in order to lose weight. You need to be about 500 cals below your TDEE each day in order to lose a pound or so a week.

Alongside that, could you increase your activity levels? Even a short walk each day will help a little bit, and also improve your health and fitness even if it doesn't burn many calories.
