I have been losing weight for a year now and have lost just over 6 stone. I’d still like to lose another 2 stone but it’s getting harder and harder to get the scales to move. I’m going to the gym regularly and, overall, eating well however I am a bit lost with creating nice, calorie controlled meals. Both me and my husband work full time, have 2 kids and time is tight, so much so that I don’t really feel like I have the time and/or motivation to create my own weight loss plan.
does anyone know where I can buy a meal plan that might be suitable for a vegetarian with added protein? More than happy to pay, I just can’t seem to find what I’m looking for online.
