Does the constant peeing after upping water ease off?

I’m notorious for not drinking enough water and I’ve decided to try and really put my effort into constantly drinking water regularly throughout the day. However I’m peeing every bloody 20 minutes. I feel like I spend more time peeing than anything else 🤣 does it get better?!

It does, but can take a month or two.

IME keeping more often after drinking more water does settle down.

I think your bladder is probably a bit stressed at the start, and the flood of cleaner urine is an amazing but overwhelming relief. So your sensitive bladder wants to wee all the time. When the more dilute wee becomes the norm, then bladder is far less irritated and so can start to hold more. The. Toilet trips space out again.

I was thinking exactly this today!

A little. I’m on week 5 of 2.5L to 3L a day and no longer going every 3 sips but still more than usual.
