Weight loss advice

As an overweight lady, I’m after some advice on shifting the pounds. I’ve been very strict and lost a good amount of weight this year however I feel like I’ve really tightened things in the last couple of months but struggling to shift the lb’s! Not sure what I can cut out but would appreciate any thoughts to get things moving again. My daily diet is now:
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs
Lunch - a banana
Dinner - Tuna in spring water or chicken with salad leaves, red onion, cucumber and tomato.
After dinner snack - an Apple.

I drink plenty of water and exercise twice a day (only recently) but generally maintaining.

I’ve never had a good understanding of a balanced diet so I may not have things right
and would welcome (and really appreciate) any thoughts.

Thank you :)

I'd replace the banana with some food like protein and carbs, don't be afraid to have a little carbs as the brain needs it for energy, a banana is mainly sugar and will cause sugar highs and crashes. It doesn't sound like you are eating enough to me. Do you track your food and calories and macros on an app like myfitnesspal? It will tell you what to aim for. If you don't eat enough, you risk a slow metabolism which could be why you aren't losing anymore. You need plenty of protein to limit muscle loss.
I have a protein shake for breakfast, it's a decent amount of protein and keeps me full.
Again I'd cut out the apple too, maybe a handful of nuts or a portion of cheese or high protein yoghurt would be better. Include good fats in your diet like olive oil or avocado etc.
I lose consistently around 1lb a week, sometimes more and I eat 850-1200 cals but my deficit is low due to a lower weight and height and being sedentary. I do try to aim for 1g protein per kg body weight. I'm now bmi 24.0, having started at 32.4 and have never plateaued.

I don’t know how many calories that is but your food intake seems very minimal to me, especially with exercising twice each day. You need to eat more food to fuel your body properly.
