I can’t afford the weight loss jabs, but am thinking of giving this a go. I was wondering if anyone had tried it? It’s basically a tablet that turns into bulky undigestible fibre so you feel full after a smaller portion. My main concern is that I’ll just eat the same size portions I do now and stretch my stomach to accommodate the extra…

Me. Tried two packs of 90 tablets, made absolutely no difference.

Thank you for letting me know, I won’t waste my money! X

Hey,
I had good results on them but they are not a magical pill.
You need to follow the timings - take them exactly how it says on the packet (for example 1 hour before the meal, but check the packet) and drink plenty of water with them.
And when you are enjoying your meal, eat mindfully and listen out for your physical hunger queues. Eat slowly. And check-in with yourself regularly during the meal to give yourself the opportunity to stop eating when you are full.

YesI found them helpful, take in the mornings.

I’ve been thinking of taking this via the sachets sold by juice plus. Anyone else had any good results?

I know weight loss jabs aren't affordable for everyone but just checking you've considered all the savings. I haven't had a drink in the 6 months I've been on them. No takeaway, no snacks. Don't even fancy meals out. I just eat small healthy portions of homemade food and I'm happy with that. I think I'm saving at least 80% of the cost of the injections. Acknowledge this isn't the same for everyone.
