I had a search and couldn't find a thread on this.
Anyone else reached their target weight and want to join me on this thread to maintain?
I lost over 50lbs and got to 138lbs (i am 5ft 6) and mostly happy with my size and shape (still a flabby belly and loose skin on my arms, neck etc). I am still tracking my food and doing loads of activity - weekly i do 3 heavy lifting sessions, 2 pilates classes, some cardio (running, bike) and 20k steps a day.
Trying to figure out my maintenance calories. With the amount of activity I do online calculators suggest I could be eating over 2000 but I tend to come in at 1700/1800 and not losing so reluctant to increase any more
