Anyone get past being an emotional eater? Sad, lonely, angry, bored, I'm eating, i know I shouldn't but it's like I'm powerless.

I used Clear Minds hypnotherapy for this. Excellent and it helps me sleep too.

@StMarie4me thank you for your reply, can I ask which one you listen to? I am subscribed to Clear Minds.

I have seen this on Facebook. How much does it cost?

I like clear minds too, I have the binge eating one and the control sugar one among others. I find them very effective at taking the edge off my cravings.

@Sunshineandrainbowi bought mine as one off purchases rather than subscribing, they are around £10-15 each and there’s always offers.

Thankyou @thenewaveragebear1983 I will look it up.

Trying to take some control back and didn't come home from work at lunch as I seem to pick more then!
