Massive spare tyre - how to get rid

Hi please help

I’m losing weight bit by bit, Mounjaro doesn’t seem to be working!

I have a mahoosive spare tyre and it doesn’t seem to lessen even having lost a stone. I’ve recently had cancer so am rather inactive due to being knackered all the time.

i really can’t bear my stomach and wonder if I can do something to reduce it. I look horrible in clothes, even worse undressed. My knickers roll down under it, tummy control ones don’t touch it, it just falls out of the leg holes.

what on earth can I do? My mental health is poor due to a pile of health problems, and it is making it even worse. I’m beginning to hate myself and not want to be seen.

thanks in advance

What food do you eat? Sleeping schedule? I've finally learned to remember to drink plenty water regularly and it's doing wonders supressing my bad eating habits.

How much do you have to lose? Is it loose skin or actual fat still there? Have you had a C section or any surgery down there? Could you be retaining fluid after the cancer treatment?

If you’ve still got a lot of weight to lose then it will probably just be a case of trucking on. Some people store more fat on their belly area, so you might just be one of those unfortunately. I’m down to goal weight now but my stomach was the thing that took longest to look ‘normal’.

I eat mainly low carb as I like the food, but probably drink too much wine and not enough water.

it’s definitely fat and not loose skin, although I suspect if I were to lose the weight, the skin would become quite baggy in that area.

I still have 4 stone to lose.

Thanks for comments!

Drink plenty of water regularly and you should lose quite a lot of lbs.
