I have just achieved my first goal (to stop putting weight on!) through calorie deficit.
Next stage is to loose weight - got 2 stone to go.
Am eating 1,400 and under so hoping for a low and slow weight loss of 1/2 - 1lb each week.
I have wanted to diet for the longest time but struggled to stop stuffing my face. But I have conquered the first week and feel pretty confident in keeping going.
Anyone with any 'gentle' weight loss tips? Or who are following/followed a similar approach?
