Weight watchers

Is anyone else doing it? My diet is horrendous, I admit it but I also exercise alot. I walked over 90,000 steps last week to put it in perspective. I saw that potatoes and some meats are now 0points and can't get my head around how?
I did weight watchers years ago and it worked well I just gave in and got lazy with cooking once I was at my ideal weight.
I plan on starting in the morning, can anyone encourage me with success stories/journeys please?!

I started SW 8 months ago and I’m now 4 and half stone lighter, although I only contribute 10% of my weight loss to dieting. I realised within a month of starting that I don’t need to ‘diet’, nor do I need to calorie count. I just need to eat healthy. I have two sets of rules, the first, cut out all processed food, other than two slices of wholemeal bread with my breakfast, everything we eat is either straight out the ground straight off the tree or straight off the animal. My other rule is high protein low carb. There are plenty of Utube videos regarding high protein diet / Keto / Steak and egg diet. They are all to one degree or another high protein low or no carb diets. My advice watch as my as you can and make your mind up which one to take note of. For the last 8 months I have eaten 4 poached eggs for breakfast religiously, eggs are the number one super food by a country mile and I’m convinced this has help me tremendously.
I would also advise looking into gut health supplements. Gut health is something a lot of people don’t realise is critical to good health. I would love to help further if I can, either on here or PM me.
