Hi, I'm about 7 weeks into my weight loss journey and have lost half a stone-not brilliant but slow and steady wins the race and all that.
However, I am SO out of proportion and seem to carry all my excess weight around my middle (I'm and currently 12 stone 2 and 56 years old). My clothes look awful on me. If I wear looser clothes, I look bigger than I actually am and if I wear more fitted things, my belly rolls are accentuated!!! The C section overhang doesn't help matters 😔
I know fatty areas can't be spot reduced but does anyone have any advice on strategies/exercises that might get rid of or at least reduce this horrid belly!! I know this has probably been done to death but I'm desperate!!!
