If so, how? Have a treadmill at home and gym membership but little motivation. Have a top gig to go to next month and want to lose the tum and treat myself to a great outfit. Any ideas?

i'm having a universal contour wrap next week i can let you know how it goes! it guarentees (sp) to knock inches off and tighten everything up the results last for a month or you get your money (£50) back!!!

Anthing to avoid the gym

Slimming World. Sensible diet but you can eat a lot and still lose.

I lost over a stone in first 5 weeks

I've just done the Carol Vorderman 28-day detox. Dropped a stone. Have actually continued with the plan (not as rigidly) because I just feel so well and energetic and really just don't fancy other foods now. It's good - glowy skin, lots of energy and never hungry - loads of food. Have dropped another few pounds since the end of the 28 days, too. Give it a go! About 3 of my friends have done it based on my results and are all raving about it. Good luck! x

Cambridge diet- guaranteed to loose at least a stone a month. I lost 12lbs in the first week. 3 stone in 8 weeks. xx
