Wegovy pens uk

Hi

I’m a bit worried about potential side effects of Wegovy and was thinking of reducing my first dose to a tiny amount as a sort of trial. But it seems that in the UK the Wegovy pens are pre-filled and don’t click? I think the Mounjaro ones are ’clickable’ but my preference is Wegovy. Are there any suppliers that have Wegovy ’click’ pens?

hey @Lucielastik - i'd honestly suggest not doing this. if you're that worried, don't take the meds but what i did (as i also had doubts about the side effects) was talk to who i bought it from (they're great btw, i can provide a referral if you'd like). they walked me through everything step by step and if at any point i wanted to stop or pause, they would work a plan that fit around the pause.

click dosing (what you're referring to above) could cause you more issues too seeing as the meds aren't licensed for that from my understanding?

Thank you for the advice; makes sense to do that i guess rather than tinker about with the dose. Were you ok though? Any major side effects?

@Lucielastik if you haven't see it already there is a weightloss injections/treatments board where you might find more wegovy users and a wider range of experiences. Mounjaro is the most popular but there are some wegovy users too.

If you report your thread to MN you can ask them to move it.

I have seen posts before talking about adjusting wegovy pen doses, the wegovy pen I think has 76 clicks and click counting can be done (unless they've changed it very recently).

The medicine has been tested for many years and used by hundreds of thousands of people. Don’t be second guessing how to use it. Follow the instructions. You can always stop using if symptoms are not worth the gain.
