I really need to lose a few stone.
I had great success with slimming world before but it doesn’t suit me anymore. I've also done intermittent fasting and the couch to 5k, but I struggle to stick to things.
I know what I need to do, but I think I need someone to check in with and keep me on track, and maybe make suggestions on what I need to change. Does such a thing exist?
I don't want a personal trainer as I have health conditions that mean I can't do too much.
