Hello Mumsnetters!
I am currently the fittest (or most active?) I have ever been, running 40km per week, strength and conditioning classes 3 times per week (introduced this over the last 3 weeks), gym weight sessions by myself, and always hitting 10K steps per day.
My problem is that currently, I am 4kg heavier than ideal. I gained 4kg from November until after xmas (ugh) due to overindulgence. I am finding myself more hungry the more I run, and craving carbs and sugar pretty much all day everyday. I meal prep my meals for work and endure there looks like there is 'enough' protein in them to keep my full, but I am finding although I am the most active I have I've ever been, I am gaining weight, which is making running slightly harder than it could be. My clothes are getting tighter constantly.
60kg is my ideal weight where clothes fit the best and running is easier.
Tips / reflections / shared experiences welcome.
