So, I imagine like a lot of people, I put a few pounds on over Christmas (approx. 7lbs)

I’ve been hardcore and since NYD have really watched my calories, fasting, steps, gym sessions, etc. etc.

So for you, would you expect to see more of a weight loss in the first week or second/third week onwards?

I have lost a few lbs and am fine with that but am interested how this goes for you - does it fall off as soon as you get back to normal or do you need to give it a few weeks to notice more of a difference?

Hi I struggle with my weight loss been struggling for years, due to my thyroid which had collapsed 3 years ago. Am on thyroxine for life. I struggle to drop weight but I've never given up. My weight won't go down it's steady weight. I go gym and try and eat a balance diet.
If you have these two areas covered you are looking at 1 to 2 pound loss in a week.
