Slow Weight Loss

Hi

Is anyone else getting really deheartened with their weight loss. I have been following Slimming World for 4 weeks tomorrow and have only lost 3 - 4 pound. I know I am doing it right I was a SW consultant for 5 years. I am checking my syns, measuring my HE's but still so slow.

Feeling like giving up on it for now and trying a quick fix, maybe Slim Fast, but I know SW works I have lost 3 stone twice before on it.

Or maybe I should have a week focusing on speed foods and upping the exercise.

I don't know so fed up.

up the exercise, I always have my best losses when I have exercised.

I'm a slow loser too. It's taken me 23 weeks to lose 2 stone on sw and that's with going to the gym 4/5 times a week.

It's frustrating but I keep telling myself that i'm learning a new way of eating and that I won't be putting it all back on again.

Sorry i havn't got a magic cure / wand but just wanted to let you know that you are not the only one.

Me too - very slow but I am taking my time and having the odd 'treat' (takeaway). I exercise 2/3 times a week, either gym, keep fit DVD, swimming etc.

I wonder though that as I have done this so many times before i.e. yo-yo diet that I've affected my metabolism? Anyway it's coming off so at the moment that's good enough for me!
