Morning All, I'm swaying between "definitely doing BodySlims" to "its so expensive and i can't listen to another 12 weeks of Ger"😉
I did the programme in 2023 and was delighted with my weight loss & I felt great, but I "only" have about half a stone to lose. Despite my great intentions, I know that without having to log my walk etc that I won't be as disciplined as I was when doing the program. Just wondering if anyone else has been in the same predicament and could suggest an alternative perhaps? I have a few events coming up in the next few months and want to feel as well as I did the last time. My daughter found the photos i took of myself at the start of the last program and asked "what baby did i have in my belly"😂,says a lot about how bloated I was. Thank you.
