I reached the highest weight I've ever been earlier this week. I was 14 stone 7 pounds. And I'm 5 foot 3. And I'm now determined to get my weight at a healthy level.
This has made me really look in depth at calories I'm consuming.
I've been going to the gym more this week and I've been going on the running machines. And I've lost two pounds so far
