waste of money. I bought them and used them for a month. Was still hungry. Was 'dieting' anyway with slimming world so I did lose 6lbs but probably would have anyway with SW alone. For £35 plus £6 P&P I think they're a total rip-off and what pee'd me off more than anything, they automatically send you the next lot and take the money without informing you that they are going to do so!! I was livid!
