WHICH SLIMMING PROGRAMME TO USE?

I started my diet 1 week ago and so far just 'watch what I eat' (obviously eating some of the stuff I'm looking at

However, dh also needs to loose quite a bit of weight BUT dd (3) needs to put it on...

I went out and bought a few diet magazines. Rosemarie C doesn't look right to me due to the 'slim bread'. DD steals our toast and the last thing she needs is something calorie reduced

have any of you got any suggestions which programs are best suited for a 'variable' family?

Weightwatchers and Slimming World don't look too bad...

well the diet must be good... sat down to have lunch and dd nicked 1/2 of it! So it's assured to be healthy as she needs to put the weight ON and I'm trying to get 'fattening foods' into her....

Bigmrs D I have been on the GI diet for a week now and I have been leaving food! Over the first week I didn't cheat at all (which is not like me!) and lost 5 pounds (to be fair my period started so 2 of that is probably water. The food is very good, very filling and as a biology teacher I can tell you is very healthy!

Oh and I (and dh are doing a book version which was on special offer in WH Smiths, it gives 2 weeks of recipies for all three meals. It is idiot proof, but you have to like to cook from scratch

HMB - I'm doing an on-line version in which I could specify whether I want to cook or whether I want 'convenience' food. That's still cocking but very straight forward and simple cooking

I know what you mean about leaving food... had grilled chicken tonight and veggies. Was supposed to have salad as well, but where to put it!?! I like this diet already!
