Not advocating as a way of life but if you want to see results and are impatient it does work.I have been drinking tropicana smoothies all week Sometimes nothing else apart from cups of herb tea On two occasions have had soup and salad for dinner.Have really lost my belly and really easy as its so convenient. The smoothies are only £1.50 at somerfields atm so really cheap too and delicious. You can of course make your own but I find this much better.Went for a curry last night and didn't eat half what I usually do and still feel slim this am.I am not going to weigh myself for another week

One 'normal' meal a day is the way to go I agree.Am going to have smoothie for breakfast and lunch.

that sounds like a fab quick fix to me, as i have an important family party next week and need to be looking slimmer than i do now.

i realised last night that i will be the largest female there, apart from my elderly ma in law (and she doesn't count!) and that i may have left it too late to begin aproper diet regime.

a week of smoothies doesn't sound too hard either- thanks noddyholder..gotta go, somerfield might run out of stock if i leave it too late....

What a coincidence.. i too discovered tropicana smoothies last week. The blackberry/blueberry one is best I reckon. Very filling.

I have had the 'flu this week, so living mostly on the smoothies and cups of tea, with the odd bowl of lentil soup. I've lost 6lbs since last Sunday.

I know it probably mostly water I've lost so far, but I've found it a good kick start.

Hello. How did you all get on with this diet? Did you lose much? Put it all back on? Sounds like a good quick fix.
