A stone by Christmas?

I have lost 2+ stone since March and I'm down to a healthy weight, but I want to lose 1 more stone as I am still a bit uncomfortable and still need to lose some excess fat. Is 1 stone by Christmas achievable if you are already a healthy weight for your height? I'm 10 stone, 5'7 Smile

Ooh I am the same weight and height as you and also want to lose a stone. I have a spare tyre and feel uncomfortable in some of my clothes with fitted waistbands. I also don’t want to be too heavy for my horse. As long as you have excess to lose I don’t see why you can’t even though you are a healthy weight now- those are only guidelines.

I have just joined boxing classes..to help shift the weight and hopefully tighten up some loose skin that i have!

I'd focus on toning, up the gym, body pump, core, abs type workouts, even if you don't lose another stone your shape will change and your clothes will fit differently. I also really enjoy aqua pilates I'm sure it helps my waist definition, but you need a good class not a bog standard aqua aerobics which can be fun but not any good for muscle tone
