Hypnotherapy - particularly Clear Minds

I've posted in chat but didn't get any response before it disappeared down the pages so I'll try in here. I keep seeing ads for Clear Minds hypnotherapy promising help with binge eating/ stress management/ alcohol reduction/ improved sleep etc. There's always offers on too and the trust pilot reviews are positive on the whole. Has anyone tried them and got any feedback- positive or negative before I invest (yet more) money into conquering my demons and improving my eating habits? Thanks in advance

I can't comment on Clear Minds specifically as I've never used them, but I'm a huge advocate for hypnotherapy. I used the Allen Carr system (book + hypnosis track) to kick start my WLJ. It was amazingly helpful in removing food noise, which let me focus on healthier eating and forming good habits, in addition to wanting to exercise. As I've mentioned elsewhere, I've lost 100lb and don't think about food until I actually am hungry. I still have 20lb to go but my former way of eating is very much a thing of the past.

Oh thank you for replying. That's a fantastic result, I'll look into that method for sure.
