I’m struggling with healthy breakfasts on my diet. I’m doing WWs but don’t really follow their recipes as they tend to assume you eat shite, and just make that shite a bit better. The counting points, earning extras and spending them works for me though.
So far my go to 2 breakfasts are;
30g porridge made with water, splash of milk, banana/ berries
2 poach eggs on sourdough or mushrooms
Some days I’m in a hurry to get to work and drop DC off to school, others I am off work and have more time.
Protein and fruit are good, carbs not so good.
Any ideas for a healthy diet friendly breakfasts?
