Healthy breakfasts whilst on a diet

I’m struggling with healthy breakfasts on my diet. I’m doing WWs but don’t really follow their recipes as they tend to assume you eat shite, and just make that shite a bit better. The counting points, earning extras and spending them works for me though.

So far my go to 2 breakfasts are;

30g porridge made with water, splash of milk, banana/ berries
2 poach eggs on sourdough or mushrooms

Some days I’m in a hurry to get to work and drop DC off to school, others I am off work and have more time.

Protein and fruit are good, carbs not so good.

Any ideas for a healthy diet friendly breakfasts?

Omelettes - you could fill with all sorts of extra veg. I particularly like mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

Natural yogurt with fruit and maybe some low sugar or homemade granola or toasted oats for texture.

If you want something grabable/portable you could make egg bakes kinda like this (they come out a bit like a crustless quiche in texture).

If you want something hot then a hash could work - small amount of potato (I know you said carbs bad but you mention toast so I thought a little would be ok) - onions, peppers, mushrooms, any other veg you like, some protein (ham, bacon or chicken work well). Serve with a dry fried/poached egg for moisture from the yolk. As long as you watch the oil/butter it's a nice filling breakfast.

Have you tried overnight oats, so it's quicker than making porridge but same basic principle on content? Personally I don't like the texture but my DM swears by them!
