On weight loss, more specifically binge eating disorder or maybe the psychology behind it.

I'd like to hope I could change the way I think in relation to food, during my weight loss journey.

I thought I'd wrote some down but I can't find them.

Thanks

Maybe not weight loss per se, but like binge eating disorder and body dysmorphia. The what and why's etc

Brain over binge - there's a book and a podcast. Honestly, it totally changed my life.

Any book by Geneen Roth (https://geneenroth.com), she is incredible! Podcast-wise I love 'Free with Brid' - she's also on instagram but the podcast is better.
