I have a treadmill and know what I need to do to lose weight but after some walking programmes that break it all up so it doesn't get boring? Lots of apps I've seen where you have to pay but am jagged some programmes where the inclines and speeds etc change to keep it different. Any ideas where to look please?
I have about 2-3 stone to lose
The set programmes on my treadmill are for running which I hopefully can do one day but right now I need to get fitter and lose some weight!
