What do you weight at 5ft 7 ?

This time last year I was 11stone 10
Looked bloated and size 12 looked tight
I've got down to 9 stone 4lb but not sure if a few pounds more would be better
What do you weight at 5ft 7?

14 stone 4. Heaviest I’ve been is around 15 stone 2 so I’m slowly losing some although I don’t think I’m ever going to get back to the 9/10 stone of my twenties. Steroids and asthma has done a number on me!

9 stone 4. Ideally I’d be half a stone lighter as that is where I feel most comfortable.

7 stone 4 but my Crohns isn’t behaving at the moment. I’m normally between 8 stone 5 and 8 stone 9. I feel like a twig 😭
