Have been going to WW since Jan, have lost 9lbs of baby weight, I have chosen the core plan as it just seems really healthy, and just like what I would normally eat at meal times anyway (my problem was snacking!).
Most of the members of my WW group are on Points plan, so I sometimes find the meetings a bit irrelavent. I really cant be bothered with points coz of the weighing.
I need to lose a few more lbs before my hols in May... so does anyone want to join up with me to swap tips and motivation?
Any good core plan soup recipes always welcome!
