I took 2.5 initial 4 week dose of Mounjaro with no problems other than didn't want food -at all! Eating was the worst thing because I just could not face food, not even chocolate or things I'd normally like. So after just one week on the higher dose of 5 mg injection the nausea is awful. I'm also feeling rather dizzy and faint. Anyone else have this? I'm considering not taking my next shot which is due tomorrow as I feel so sick all the time. The only thing that settles my stomach is fizzy lemonade. I was borderline diabetic and tried metformin from my gp but couldn't tolerate it so he stopped it. My HbA1c is 46. Any advice welcome as unsure what to do.
