Hi does anyone have a link to or a photo to the military/BHF diet that has the weights in oz and has beetroot as one of the veggies?
I've tried to search but they are all American weights (cups) and different veggies.
I had a paper copy of the diet in about the year 2000 which was all in British measurements and had beetroot on a couple of the days.
