Losing belly fat

I've always been apple shaped, though not too much overweight. After a diagnosis of T2 diabetes, I've lost almost 2 stone... 27 lbs, to be exact, and I now am a health weight.

But I still have my fat tummy. Any suggestions on how I can reduce belly fat.

Bumping as I'd like to know too! I also have type 2 diabetes. Congrats on losing that weight, I'm only (Again!) Just starting out on my weight loss. All my fat is on my belly. Even when I lost over 3st last year I still had a fat tummy!

There's some evidence that gut health can influence abdominal fat so that's worth looking at. There's a gut bacteria supplement that has been trialled - gasseri?

Thanks for that Grim. I've recently started to use probiotics as I was experiencing lots of acid reflux so thought my gut health was a bit dodgy. It's been good since I started them, no more reflux. Lets see how it goes when I lose the weight!
